Công Ty Cổ phần Thiết bị Việt Anh được thành lập năm 1997, với tên ban đầu là Doanh nghiệp Tư Nhân Việt Anh. Năm 2004, Công Ty Cổ Phần Thiết Bị Việt Anh được thành lập với mục đích trọng tâm là trở thành một trong những nhà cung cấp thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm chuyên nghiệp và uy tín hàng đầu Việt Nam. Năm 2006, Công ty Cổ Phần Dịch vụ Khoa học Việt Anh ra đời nhằm hoàn thiện cũng như bảo đảm lợi ích khách hàng, bên cạnh đó cũng nhằm nâng cao uy tín dịch vụ sau bán hàng, bảo trì của Việt Anh.
Công Ty Cổ Phần Thiết Bị Việt Anh hiện đang là nhà phân phối độc quyền thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm cho một một số hãng nổi tiếng trên thế giới:
• IKA – Germany: thiết bị cơ bản (máy khuấy từ, máy lắc, máy cô quay, máy nghiền,v.v), ngành công nghiệp (máy nghiền, máy trộn công suất lớn,v.v)
• PharmaTest – Germany: thiết bị kiểm nghiệm trong ngành dược phẩm (máy đo độ hoà tan, tan rã, mài mòn, đo độ cứng, độ kín,v.v), thiết bị sản xuất thử (máy trộn, máy dập viên,v.v)
• FOSS – Denmark, Sweden: thiết bị phân tích cơ bản, thiết bị phân tích nhanh bằng phương pháp cận hồng ngoại (NIRS) trong những ngành thức ăn chăn nuôi, thực phẩm, bia, sữa, dược, ngũ cốc,v.v
• CEM – USA: thiết bị dùng công nghệ vi sóng để phá mẫu, lò nung, máy thuỷ phân protein, máy trích bằng dung môi,thiết bị dung trong ngành công nghệ sinh học, máy đo độ ẩm, máy phân tích nhanh protein theo phương pháp mới E-tag (có khả năng nhận biết thành phần đạm phi dinh dưỡng như Melamine,v.v.)
• Thermo – USA: Máy quang phổ UV-VIS, máy đông khô chân không, máy cô chân không.
• WEISS – Germany: Tủ môi trường, tủ vi khí hậu kiểm tra độ ổn định.
• Hellma – Germany: là nhà sản xuất cuvette dung cho máy quang pho UV, Vis và Hông Ngoại , kính lọc chuẩn.
• Photron – Australia: là nhà cung cấp đèn cho các nhà sản xuất máy quang phổ hấp thu nguyên tử (AAS)
• Julabo – Germany: bể điều nhiệt có khoảng nhiệt độ -100°C đến 250°C, bể gia nhiệt -91°C đến 400°C.
• PAC – Corporation: Thiết bị phân tích sản phẩm dầu khí gồm cả thiết bị phòng Lab và thiết bị phân tích Online như: Chưng cất, độ nhớt, chớp cháy, Octane & Cetane, Jet A1, đông đặc & Vẫn đục, kết tinh, Sắc ký khí Simdis, DHA, RGA, NGA, PIONA, Reformulyzer, Biofuel v.v…
